Frequently Asked Questions

Are your treatments safe to use around my children and pets?

Yes, our products are safe for both children and pets.  They do need to stay off the treated areas until the products have dried completely.

Do I need to be home when you come to do a service?

If the pests we are treating are inside your house, you will need to be home so we can have access to your home.  If the pests we are treating are outside your house, we can treat them without you being there as long as your gates are not locked or we have your gate code.

How long will it be before I see results?

For most insects, it can take up to 14 days to see results.  Although, you may see results sooner than that.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes!  We strive to make our customers happy and their experience with us satisfying.  If you are not happy with our results, we will happily retreat at no additional cost.

Do I need to leave my home during the treatment?

For the majority of our treatments, you do not need to leave your home.

How do I know if I have bed bugs?

There are two common indicators that you have bed bugs.  First, you are waking up with insect bites from an unknown insect.  Second, you will find little black dots on your sheets, mattress, or box spring.  If you are unsure if you have bed bugs, we will gladly do a free inspection for you.

Why do I need pest control in the winter?

Once the cooler weather arrives, insects and rodents try to move into homes and businesses to stay warm.  Controlling insects and rodents in the winter months helps prevent outbreaks when the weather starts to warm up again.

Can you completely eliminate mosquitoes and flies?

No, it is not possible to completely eliminate these pests since they can fly in from your neighbor’s property.  However, we can dramatically reduce the number of these pests on your property, interrupt their breeding cycle, and make your outdoor living environment much more enjoyable.
