  • These bees live in colonies that can have up to a thousand members.
  • Each colony has a queen that can lay up to 2,000 eggs every day.

Where to Find Them on Your Property?

Honey bees live off flowers, so they are often found in areas near gardens, woodlands, meadows, and orchards. They build their hives in places that are partially secluded and protected such as hollow trees, corners of buildings, or partially under objects around your home or in your yard.
